- How far in advance should I order?
- At least 7 days for standard custom cakes. For weddings and large orders, 4–6 weeks is ideal.
- Do you accommodate allergies?
- Reach out and we'll discuss what we can offer. Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs, and nuts.
- Can you match a design I've seen online?
- We use inspiration photos as a starting point and create a Cupcake Kitchen version — happy to talk through what's possible.
- Delivery or pickup?
- Pickup at our downtown Chattanooga bakery. Delivery may be arranged for select orders — ask when you inquire.
